New 'Living Drug' trial targets incurable prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new cell therapy called STEAP1 CART, given with the hormone drug enzalutamide, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard treatments. The trial aims to find a safe dose and see if this combination can shrink tumors and control the cancer. It involves modifying a patient's own immune cells in a lab to better target and attack prostate cancer cells.
