Summary
This study aims to design and test rehabilitation strategies that combine physical and mental tasks (like walking while solving a puzzle) for people with stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or long COVID. Researchers will work with 48 participants to see if these dual-task approaches are feasible and effective compared to standard rehab. The goal is to improve walking, thinking, and quality of life.
