New program aims to ease mental health struggles in refugee teens

Summary
This study tests whether a culturally adapted skills training program called START NOW can reduce depression and anxiety in teen refugees. About 80 participants aged 14-18 will be randomly assigned to either the training or standard care. The goal is to see if the program helps teens cope better and feel less distressed.
