Summary

This study looks at whether eating more slowly digesting starch and resistant starch can improve blood sugar control and reduce inflammation in people with insulin resistance. Forty adults with insulin resistance will follow a special diet for two months. Researchers will track blood sugar, insulin, and gut health through regular blood, urine, and stool samples.
