First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a digital coaching app designed to help adults improve their lifestyle habits, such as quitting smoking, eating healthier, and being more active. About 1,000 participants from primary care in Sweden will use the app for six months, and researchers will track their readiness to change and actual behavior changes. The goal is to see if personalized digital coaching can support long-term healthy habits.
