New hope for first responders: therapy targets PTSD and brain injury together

Summary

This study tests a special talking therapy called STAIR-NT for first responders (like police, firefighters) who have both PTSD and a past traumatic brain injury. The goal is to see if the therapy helps reduce PTSD and anxiety symptoms. About 80 adults from Minnesota will take part in this early-stage pilot study.
