First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test can detect tiny amounts of cancer left after surgery and standard chemotherapy in people with stage III colon cancer. If the test finds cancer, participants may get extra treatment like FOLFIRI or other drugs. The goal is to see if early treatment can prevent the cancer from coming back.
