First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at 400 people with stage III colon cancer who have finished standard chemotherapy. A blood test checks for tiny bits of tumor DNA that might mean cancer is still hiding. Those with a positive test are offered extra treatments like FOLFIRI or immunotherapy to try to control the disease and prevent it from coming back.
