First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study tested whether a virtual rehab platform called STABL, which uses computer vision to guide exercises at home, works as well as in-person physical therapy after knee surgery (meniscectomy or synovectomy). Sixty adults aged 18-65 who had knee surgery took part. The goal was to see if the digital tool could help people recover with less need for clinic visits.
