Summary
This study tested whether a digital platform called STABL, which uses computer vision to guide at-home exercises, works as well as in-person physical therapy after knee surgery (meniscectomy or synovectomy). Sixty adults aged 18-65 participated. Researchers measured pain, knee function, and range of motion to compare the two approaches.
