Summary
This study tested whether measuring a blood marker called ST2 can improve the diagnosis and management of heart failure patients. Researchers followed 123 hospitalized adults to see if ST2 levels could help predict and reduce the chance of being readmitted within one month. The goal was to find a better way to manage this serious condition and lower healthcare costs.
