New combo therapy aims to boost immune attack on Hard-to-Treat lymphoma

NCT ID NCT07098364

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 36 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (ST-067) to standard CAR T-cell therapy can safely and effectively treat adults with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. About 33 participants will receive the combination to see if it improves the immune system's ability to kill cancer cells. The goal is to find the best dose and measure how well the treatment works.
