First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests a new drug called SRSD107 in people with long-term heart or artery disease. The goal is to see if it safely lowers a protein linked to blood clots, which could reduce the risk of heart attacks or strokes. About 104 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo as a shot under the skin, while continuing their usual aspirin therapy.
