First seen Nov 20, 2025

Summary

This study tests whether a fun, at-home cup stacking program can improve thinking, mood, and quality of life for people with mild dementia and their family caregivers. Over 18 weeks, 144 pairs will either learn sport stacking together or receive basic dementia education. The goal is to see if this simple activity helps both the person with dementia and their caregiver feel better and cope more easily.
