Summary
This study aims to understand how spondyloarthritis (a group of bone and joint disorders causing pain and stiffness) progresses over time. Researchers will observe 2000 participants, including patients and their healthy relatives, using physical exams, blood tests, and imaging like MRI. No treatment is given; the goal is to identify symptoms and tests that predict severe disease.
