Summary
This study looked at whether taking spirulina supplements along with reducing calories can help men with obesity lose weight and improve cholesterol, blood sugar, and stress markers. Thirty-five men took spirulina or a placebo for 30 days. The goal was to see if this combination leads to better body measurements and health indicators.
