Summary
This observational study will follow 500 children with hemophilia A who use non-factor therapy to prevent bleeding. Researchers want to understand how the immune system stays tolerant to factor VIII when it is given only occasionally. The study involves yearly blood and stool samples to measure antibodies and immune cell responses. No new treatment is being tested; the goal is to learn more about the immune system's behavior.
