Summary

This study is testing a new online exercise program designed specifically for people with chronic brain injury. The program, called SPIRIT Club CBI Pathway, offers workouts that are accessible and supportive. Researchers will enroll 60 adults who are at least 9 months past their injury to see if the program helps them become more active and feel more confident about exercising. Half of the participants will use the new program, while the other half will just have their activity monitored.
