Summary
This study is testing a new online exercise program made specifically for people with chronic brain injury. Researchers want to see if using this platform helps survivors become more active and feel more confident about exercising. Sixty adults with chronic brain injury will take part; half will use the new program for 8 weeks, while the other half will just have their activity tracked. The goal is to see if the platform is safe, easy to use, and helpful for improving physical activity.
