Summary
This study is testing a new online exercise program made specifically for people with chronic brain injury. Researchers want to see if it helps them be more active and feel more confident about exercising. Sixty adults with chronic brain injury will take part; half will use the new program for 8 weeks, and the other half will just have their activity tracked. The goal is to see if the program is safe, easy to use, and helpful.
