New spine surgery device under scrutiny in major safety trial

Summary
This study looks at how safe and effective a special metal implant system is for stabilizing the neck and upper back after surgery. About 150 adults who need this surgery for injuries, tumors, or spine problems will take part. Researchers will track complications, X-ray results, and how patients feel over time to see if the device works as intended.
