Summary

This study looks at whether spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia leads to fewer lung problems after delayed hip surgery in people aged 65 and older. About 40 participants will be assigned to one of the two anesthesia types. The goal is to help doctors choose the safer option for this vulnerable group.
