Summary
This study tested a new treatment for walking problems in Parkinson's disease. It combined a non-invasive spinal stimulation technique (repetitive transspinal magnetic stimulation) with treadmill training. 76 people with moderate Parkinson's participated. The goal was to see if this combination improves walking speed and reduces fall risk better than treadmill training alone.
