Zapping spinal nerves to fight diabetic pain

Summary
This study is testing whether spinal cord stimulation can help reduce chronic pain caused by diabetic nerve damage. Researchers are enrolling 28 people with painful diabetic neuropathy to see how different stimulation settings affect their pain levels. The goal is to find the most effective way to use this implanted device to provide pain relief over time.
