Can a back adjustment help stroke survivors stand steadier?

Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of back adjustment, called thoracic spinal manipulation, can help people who have had a stroke improve their balance and reduce their risk of falling. It will involve 52 participants who are at least 6 months past their stroke. Each person will try both the real manipulation and a placebo version to see which one works better for improving stability and mobility.
