Can a back adjustment help stroke survivors stand steadier?

Summary
This study aims to see if a specific type of back adjustment (thoracic spinal manipulation) can improve balance, reduce the risk of falling, and increase upper back mobility in people who have had a stroke. It will involve 52 participants who are at least 6 months post-stroke and can stand and walk independently. Each participant will try both the real adjustment and a fake (placebo) version to compare the effects.
