Summary

This study tests a new way to use spinal cord stimulation to help people with spinal cord injury regain movement. Researchers want to see if adjusting the timing and location of stimulation can better target specific muscles. The study involves 48 adults with chronic spinal cord injury who can already move their legs a little. The goal is to improve muscle control and reduce pain.
