Zapping back pain: does spinal stimulation really work?
NCT ID NCT05885061
Summary
This study is testing whether spinal cord stimulation actually reduces chronic pain or if some of the benefit is a placebo effect. Researchers are enrolling 25 adults who already have the device implanted for pain. Participants will compare their pain levels with the stimulator turned on versus off to see the real difference it makes.
