Spinal stimulation + arm cycling may boost heart function in paralysis

Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive spinal cord stimulation device, used during arm-crank exercise, can help improve blood pressure and heart rate control in people with chronic spinal cord injury (at or above T6). Sixteen adults will receive either real or sham stimulation while exercising three times a week for 8 weeks, with some continuing for 16 weeks. The goal is to see if this combination can make daily activities easier and reduce cardiovascular problems.
