Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental tablet called SPH5030 in 150 adults with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and measure how the body processes it. Participants must have a life expectancy over 3 months and at least one measurable tumor.
