Summary
This study tests a new drug called SPH5030 in people with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and find the best dose. About 150 participants will take the drug as tablets, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
