First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether hearing tests can detect early signs of memory and thinking problems in people with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Researchers will compare hearing and thinking abilities between 70 adults with MCI and healthy volunteers aged 55-80. The goal is to see if changes in how the brain processes sound can signal cognitive decline.
