Summary
This study will test if a detailed heart ultrasound (speckle tracking echocardiography) can detect early, hidden heart problems in 100 adults with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Researchers will compare these findings with standard heart tests and inflammation markers. The goal is to catch heart issues early, before symptoms appear.
