Summary

This study tests a device called WAVwatch 2.0 that uses soundwaves to help with back pain and stiffness. About 100 adults will try it at home to see if it improves mobility and reduces the need for pain relievers. The goal is to find a gentle, non-invasive way to support everyday back comfort.
