Summary
This study is testing whether a wearable device called WAVwatch 2.0, which plays sound frequencies, can help reduce stress and improve mental well-being. Researchers will enroll 100 adults in the US who can read English and do not have severe anxiety or skin sensitivities. Participants will use the device and complete surveys about their stress, anxiety, and life satisfaction over time.
