Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called sotatercept, taken for 36 weeks, can improve how the heart and lungs work together during physical activity in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Researchers will measure heart pressures, blood flow, and oxygen use during exercise tests. The goal is to see if the medication helps patients feel better and have a better quality of life.
