Summary

This study is testing whether the drug sotatercept, taken for 36 weeks, improves how the heart and lungs work together during exercise in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Researchers will measure heart function, blood flow, and oxygen delivery in 30 participants while they exercise. The goal is to see if the drug helps patients feel better and be more active by improving their body's ability to handle physical activity.
