NCT ID NCT05888415
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether sophrology, a relaxation method using breathing, muscle relaxation, and mental imagery, can help lower stress. Researchers followed 60 adults—some who practiced sophrology weekly and some who did not—for several months. They measured stress using both questionnaires and blood tests for stress-related hormones.
