NCT ID NCT06425029

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special music app, used at home, can reduce seizure-related brain activity in adults with drug-resistant epilepsy who have a brain implant (RNS). Twenty-four participants will listen to either the study music or a placebo sound over several months. The goal is to see if this simple, self-administered approach can help control epilepsy without medication changes.
