Targeted radiation may slow rare salivary gland cancer

Summary
This study tests whether giving focused radiation (SBRT) early to people with adenoid cystic carcinoma that has spread to a few spots can delay the cancer's growth and improve quality of life. About 32 participants will either receive SBRT or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach helps control the disease longer.
