Summary

This study tests whether a sodium lactate infusion is safe for people with severe traumatic brain injury in the intensive care unit. Researchers will monitor for side effects and measure biological markers. The trial involves 264 adults aged 18-80 with a low score on a brain function scale and positive CT scans. It is not yet recruiting.
