Summary
This study looked at whether an 8-week program of social activities over video calls could improve quality of life and reduce loneliness in older adults, including those with mild memory problems. About 99 people aged 65 and older took part. The results help us understand if simple video chats can make a real difference in how connected and happy seniors feel.
