NCT ID NCT07154225
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether a school-based social prescribing program can reduce loneliness in teenagers. About 215 students who feel lonely will be randomly assigned to either get connected with a link worker who helps them find community activities, or just receive information about support options. Researchers will track loneliness, mental health, and wellbeing over a year to see if the program works and is worth the cost.
