Summary
This study tests a community-based program designed to reduce loneliness and social isolation in older adults (60+) living in rural Ecuador. The program includes group activities, peer support, and home coaching. Researchers will measure if it improves heart health, thinking skills, and quality of life over 12 months, comparing one village that gets the program to two that don't.
