NCT ID NCT05745493

Summary

This study tested whether a personal coaching program could help adults aged 60 and older who feel lonely and have thoughts of suicide. Twenty-nine participants from senior living communities received up to 10 coaching sessions focused on building meaningful social connections. Researchers used smartphone surveys and sensors to track loneliness, social activity, and time spent talking with others over 16 weeks.
