NCT ID NCT07377513

First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study looks at whether sending SMS reminders can improve how often patients with corneal ulcers come back for follow-up visits at an eye hospital in western Nepal. About 310 adults aged 18-70 who own a mobile phone will take part. The goal is to see if a simple, low-cost digital tool can help people stick to their treatment plan and prevent vision loss.
