Summary
This early-stage study looks at how smoking changes the way the body handles a single dose of GS1-144 tablets in healthy Chinese women who have gone through menopause. The goal is to see if smoking affects drug levels and breakdown. 24 women aged 40-65 will take part to help guide future dosing recommendations.
