Summary
This study tested a tool called a Volitional Help Sheet to help young adults in Indonesia quit smoking. Researchers adapted it for local use and tested it with 2700 smokers aged 20-45. The main goal was to see if it helped people stop smoking, and they also measured nicotine dependence and motivation.
