Summary

This study looks at 100 people with substance use disorders who want to quit smoking. Half will get a 6-week smoking cessation program, while the other half continues usual care. Researchers will test blood and stool samples to see how quitting affects gut bacteria and metabolism, and whether it helps with cravings and emotional control.
