Summary
This study tests an electronic visit (e-visit) to help adults aged 40 and older who smoke quit smoking and get screened for COPD. Participants are randomly assigned to receive the e-visit or not. The e-visit asks about smoking habits and symptoms, and may offer a prescription for quit-smoking medication. The study lasts 24 weeks and involves questionnaires and breath samples.
