Summary
This small pilot study looked at whether using a mobile app can help adults stop smoking. Eight people who smoke and are already in a tobacco treatment program used either a positive thinking app or a relaxation app. The main goal was to see how well people stick with using the app, not to measure if it actually helps them quit.
